Note: The Telkom Mobile App requires that you be connected to the internet using a Telkom mobile Sim card. If you are not using a Telkom mobile Sim card, then you will be unable to use the App to check your balance, redeem airtime vouchers or purchase data bundles. You can now use the App to check your usage, balances, etc. of the SIM used in your WiFi router if it uses a Telkom mobile / 8ta SIM card – just activate WiFi on your mobile device and open the App.
